Bill and Debbie Tobias
Bill and Debbie Tobias have been serving with ABWE in Papua New Guinea since 1987. While there they have been involved in church planting, part time teaching at the Goroka Baptist Bible Collage, and teaching and discipling national pastors. They are presently building a new missions base which includes a workshop, and two missionary houses. They are also helping national pastors start a church there.
